Timetable for consideration of Legislative Consent Memoranda

1.    On 4 June 2013, the Business Committee agreed, in accordance with Standing Orders 29.4 and 29.5, to refer a number of Legislative Consent Memoranda to various committees, to consider and report on the relevant provisions and also agreed the reporting deadlines as below:

Anti-social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Bill - Provisions relating to the recovery of possession of dwelling houses: referred to the Communities Equality and Local Government Committee to report to the Assembly by 19 September 2013.

Anti-social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Bill - Provisions relating to injunctions to prevent nuisance and annoyance, criminal behaviour orders and the community trigger: referred to the Communities, Equality and Local Government Committee to report to the Assembly by 19 September 2013.

Anti-social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Bill - Provisions relating to financial controls on chief constables in Wales: referred to the Communities, Equality and Local Government Committee to report to the Assembly by 19 September 2013.

Anti-social Behaviour, Crime and Policing Bill - Provisions relating to the introduction of community protection notices, public spaces protection orders, closure notices, and amendments to the Dangerous Dogs Act 1991: referred to the Communities, Equality and Local Government Committee to report to the Assembly by 19 September 2013.

Care Bill: referred to the Health and Social Care Committee to report to the Assembly by 4 July 2013.

Intellectual Property Bill: referred to the Enterprise and Business Committee to report to the Assembly by 26 September 2013.

Local Audit and Accountability Bill: referred to the Public Accounts Committee to report to the Assembly by 11 July 2013.
